Hey there Gang, here are some more details regarding the upcoming tournament.  There will be a Max cap of teams allowed to enter.  The max number of teams to enter will be set at 16 different teams. This does not mean 16 teams will enter, it is just the max of what to expect.  (even if we only have 2-4 teams enter we would still have the contest)  In the event of 1 team entering, they would have to face myself, ogre 2, Walshy, and Karbon...only joking right? 

The last day to register your team will be August 6, 2010.  Team registration is $20.00 USD per team.  Each round is a best of  seven game elimination round: meaning you have to win 4 games to advance.  We will do our best to set times that will work for all times.  Game highlights will be posted here on the site for the world to see as well.

If all 16 teams enter here would be the format.  The weekend of August 13, 2010 would be round 1, with Round 2 landing on the weekend of the 20th, Round 3 would be the weekend of the 27th and the Championship would be on the weekend of September 3rd 2010.  I say weekend to give us three nights to schedule a series, (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) 

If less teams enter the tournament would still follow the same date format, it just wouldn't need all the dates.
