I should have posted this here a while ago... but we are running a contest with a group on deviant art called Video Game Fans.

Just wanted to give you guys the run down...

The rules are there for a reason. They're now in bold for your reading pleasure. :) Please pay attention to #6.

For our third contest we're doing a bit of a joint contest with Gamers Who Dig Art run by ~dreno360. So with a bit of Halloween spirit, we're doing a zombie theme. For inspiration, you can zombify any game character nomming on their favorite treat. Or you can draw your favorite zombie slaying characters (or actual zombies) doing what they do best. Go crazy guys

Rules/Guidelines

1. Only new submissions dated after the 2nd of October will be accepted


2. Max of 3 entries per person


3. Submissions MUST adhere to dA's ToS


4. All mediums are accepted!


5. Please submit to the "Contest Entries" folder


6. You MUST have in the description of your piece that it was created for the contest, otherwise your submission will not be accepted and be ineligible to win the prizes


7. Deadline will be 6 weeks from now, November 13th at midnight Australian Central Time. (so that you all have time to have your Halloween cake AND eat it too).

Top 3 placements will receive features from

~And their artwork featured on #video-game-fans' front page

First place winner will receive:

A game of their choice (Wii, PS3, 360, PSP, DS)
A watercolor request from ~Greenbucket5
30 points from ~RyanAce94
A feature from *Oktanas

If you can and would like to donate a prize, please send a note to the group or to *lucifer-ous Anything would be greatly appreciated

Voting

Voting will be for a week (14th November till the 21st)
If people would prefer to have a judging system in place rather than voting (or have both judging and voting) I will need some volunteer judges, so please keep that in mind.
